Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for B2B and B2C digital products, from requirements and product strategy through information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity design. Consult with clients, mentor design teams, manage project delivery and quality, guide implementation with development teams, and establish design standards for new and existing products.

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for B2B and B2C digital products, from requirements and product strategy through information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity design. Consult with clients, mentor design teams, manage project delivery and quality, guide implementation with development teams, and establish design standards for new and existing products.
Requirements
- Candidates should have proven web and digital product UI design experience, a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work and systems thinking, and a track record leading design teams and projects. Client-facing consultancy experience, collaboration in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall teams, proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools, and business- or fluent-level Japanese are required.
