Conduct user research, identify usability issues, run usability tests and UX quality assurance, and design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma. Maintain and evolve the company design system, collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers, promote UX practices, and explore AI-assisted design tools.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen UX practice and continuously evolve high‑value platforms and tools (analytics, web/mobile apps, back‑office)
- Conduct user research, identify friction points, run usability tests and perform UX QA activities
- Design end‑to‑end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces in Figma
- Produce screens compliant with the company Design System and contribute to its maintenance and evolution
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and developers, promoting UX maturity across teams
- Explore and integrate AI‑driven design opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI) on complex digital products
- Experience working with a Design System and participating in its governance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to spread UX best practices
- Interest in AI‑assisted design tools
- Experience in agency, consultancy or large‑scale enterprise projects
