Requirements
- Candidates should have significant project or design management experience in multidisciplinary engineering, building services, or built-environment consulting, including coordination of complex technical building projects. They should demonstrate client-facing leadership, programme and commercial management, contract and scope awareness, subconsultant coordination, strong communication skills, and a relevant built-environment qualification.
