Requirements
- Candidates need significant project or design management experience in multidisciplinary engineering, building services, or built-environment consulting, including coordination of complex technical building designs and client-facing delivery. They should have experience managing programmes, deliverables, fees, forecasts, resources, contracts, scope changes, and risks, plus a relevant qualification in engineering, construction management, project management, architecture, or a related discipline.
