Lead and develop the faƧade design team, forecast workloads, allocate internal and external drafting resources, and deliver accurate, coordinated, buildable shop drawing packages on programme. - Lead and develop the faƧade design team, forecast workloads, allocate internal and external drafting resources, and deliver accurate, coordinated, buildable shop drawing packages on programme. Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and engineers to resolve technical issues, ensure compliance, manage risks, and improve design quality and delivery.
Requirements
- Requires extensive commercial or large-scale multi-residential faƧade design experience, proven leadership of design teams, advanced AutoCAD proficiency, and a strong understanding of faƧade systems, the NCC, and relevant Australian Standards. Candidates should be skilled in planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, and team development; offshore drafting, 3D modelling, and faƧade testing coordination experience are advantageous.
