Senior Designer Design Manager - Travel Lifestyle Merchandise

Identify market opportunities, design in-store merchandising solutions, and collaborate with sourcing and operations to deliver commercially viable products on time and on brief.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee creative concepts and merchandise collections from ideation through commercialisation, leading designers and illustrators while managing project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and quality reviews. Identify market opportunities, design in-store merchandising solutions, and collaborate with sourcing and operations to deliver commercially viable products on time and on brief.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of senior design or merchandise development experience, including leading designers and managing multiple creative projects. Candidates should have merchandise design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, retail experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and a commercially minded, detail-oriented approach.
