Motion & Graphic Designer (f/m/x)

You will create and iterate on performance-driven ad creatives and brand assets across various digital and print channels. Additionally, you will evolve design systems and integrate AI tools to optimize production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate performance ad creatives for paid channels based on data and feedback
• Design visual brand assets for website, CRM and occasional print while maintaining consistent identity
• Evolve templates, design systems and creative libraries to ensure fast, on‑brand production
• Utilize AI tools to speed up ideation, production and variant development
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing and other team members to meet campaign goals

Requirements

• Training or degree in graphic, communication or media design or comparable qualification, with a portfolio of relevant work
• 3+ years of experience in a digital business, e‑commerce, agency or fast‑paced startup producing high‑output assets
• Experience across graphics, video editing, motion graphics and social video for paid ads, website, CRM and print
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) – Figma a plus
• Strong affinity for AI tools (Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Creatify, Claude) and ability to integrate them into workflow
• Hands‑on mindset with high ownership, ability to handle shifting priorities and iterate quickly
• Fluent English; German is a plus
