Senior Design Manager – Landscape

Lead landscape design management across project stages, overseeing consultants and landscape packages while ensuring design quality, technical coordination, authority compliance, and integration with architecture and infrastructure. Manage design reviews, risks, programme and interface issues, value engineering, stakeholder coordination, consultant deliverables, and procurement support.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related design discipline is required, along with significant landscape design management experience on high-end hospitality, residential, mixed-use, or destination projects. Candidates should have strong public realm and external works knowledge, multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with design approvals and construction support; BIM and Middle East experience are preferred.
