Lead and coordinate design activities from design development through IFC and construction, ensuring deliverables align with project milestones, requirements, standards, and approvals. Manage consultants and stakeholders, resolve coordination and buildability issues, and support coordinated building services and mission-critical infrastructure delivery.

- Lead and coordinate design activities from design development through IFC and construction, ensuring deliverables align with project milestones, requirements, standards, and approvals. Manage consultants and stakeholders, resolve coordination and buildability issues, and support coordinated building services and mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
Requirements
- Requires a relevant tertiary qualification and proven design management experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or complex building projects, preferably with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor. Candidates should have strong design coordination, consultant management, project delivery, Australian codes and standards, and stakeholder communication experience; data centre experience is ideal but not essential.
