Product Designer (m/w/d)

Own the design of the companyâs online shop, using A/B tests, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and customer feedback to identify and deliver measurable conversion improvements. Create and validate prototypes, maintain the design system, and develop detailed Figma designs when AI tools are insufficient.
Responsibilities
- Analyse A/B tests, heatmaps and funnels to identify conversion opportunities
- Conduct user tests and customer interviews for qualitative validation
- Develop AIâassisted prototypes and iterate rapidly
- Build, maintain and extend the design system as foundation for AIâfirst product development
- Create highâfidelity UI designs in Figma, ensuring accessibility compliance
- Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to deliver live features
- Evaluate new ideas for feasibility and UX impact
- Own the endâtoâend design responsibility for the online shop experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably senior level in B2C eâcommerce
- Fluent German (C1) and English
- Strong portfolio covering research, design, and testing phases
- Experience analysing A/B tests, heatmaps, funnels and deriving design hypotheses
- Ability to build, test, and launch variations quickly
- Proficiency with AI tools for rapid prototyping
- Expertise in Figma and designâsystem maintenance
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive UI
- Strong communication and stakeholderâmanagement skills
