- Collaborate closely with founders and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with shipped work
- Strong systems thinking and visual design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools such as Claude or Codex
- Portfolio of high‑impact product designs
- Confidence to challenge assumptions and make design recommendations
