Graphic Designer

Create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and educational content. Develop branding and layouts, collaborate with internal teams, maintain brand consistency, prepare production files, incorporate feedback, and support internal design templates and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and educational content
• Develop logos, branding elements, layouts, and typography that align with Uncommon.org’s visual identity
• Prepare files for production and ensure brand consistency across all projects
• Iterate designs based on feedback and support the creation of design templates and guidelines
• Collaborate with program, marketing, and education teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging designs

Requirements

• Strong graphics and graphic design skills
• Experience creating logos, branding, and layouts for digital and print
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate concepts clearly
• Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Experience in education, nonprofit, or social‑impact sectors (preferred)
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
