Own and maintain Aspireâs architectural and interior design standards, guiding projects from feasibility through design development, tender, construction, renovation, and handover. Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline is required, with an architectural practising licence preferred. The role requires at least 15 years of relevant design coordination or management experience, strong construction inspection and stakeholder management capabilities, knowledge of Vietnamese regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools; Vietnamese fluency is required and English is preferred.
