Lead integration and system balancing for EDM gearbox components, managing interfaces, design reviews, and engineering changes. Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, manufacturing, and validation teams; lead risk reviews, support validation execution, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive cost reduction and program development activities.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related engineering discipline is required. Candidates should have experience with driveline, drivetrain, powertrain, transmission, gearbox, or eDrive systems, along with knowledge of DFMEA, DRBFM, DVP&R, system integration, and automotive product development.
