Middle Graphic Designer

Develop moodboards, key visuals, and brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across campaigns and product touchpoints. Design in-app banners and pop-ups, create social and performance marketing assets, and manage production timelines and templates.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop moodboards to define visual style for campaigns
• Standardize and maintain brand guidelines for consistent brand expression
• Conceptualize and design key visual assets for marketing campaigns and feature launches
• Design in‑app banners and pop‑ups to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Collaborate with Social Content and Performance Marketing teams to produce short videos for ads (Facebook, TikTok)
• Organize work schedule and create template systems to streamline content production

Requirements

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Preferably background in technology or mobile app environments
• Strong ability to work independently and manage workload
• Expertise in key visual advertising design and performance‑focused imagery
• Skill in creating moodboards and applying brand guidelines
• Experience designing banners and in‑app pop‑ups (a plus)
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Flexibility, proactivity, and openness to fast‑changing environments
