Create performance-focused creatives for Meta and Google ads, social media content, campaign designs, and other digital formats. Edit and adapt video content, translate creative briefs into visual concepts, and develop new design variations with creative and performance marketing teams based on advertising results.
Responsibilities
- Create performance‑focused ad creatives for Meta and Google platforms
- Design social media assets for various brands
- Produce static ad visuals, carousels, and other digital formats
- Edit and assemble Reels, UGC, and advertising videos
- Generate variant video content from existing assets
- Translate creative briefs into visual language accurately
- Develop design systems aligned with each brand’s corporate identity
- Collaborate with creative and performance‑marketing teams to iterate designs based on ad results
- Handle simultaneous projects for multiple brands across different sectors
Requirements
- Professional experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Deep understanding of social media and digital ad creative dynamics
- Excellent command of typography, hierarchy, composition, and color
- Ability to interpret and enhance creative briefs
- Quick adaptation to different brand identities and trends
- Capacity to maintain quality while working at a fast pace
- Team collaboration and openness to feedback
- Residency in Bursa or ability to work in a hybrid model
