Graphic Designer

Create and maintain branded visual assets for digital and print channels, translating technical information and data into accessible communications for varied audiences. Produce multimedia content, manage and organize creative assets, support WECC’s brand and storytelling, and use AI tools responsibly to improve creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high‑quality visual assets for digital and print, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and branded materials
• Develop and manage branded templates and asset libraries in Canva and Adobe applications
• Produce data‑driven graphics, charts, and tables for board and executive presentations
• Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, animations, multimedia presentations, webinars, and podcasts
• Support visual storytelling for WECC’s website, intranet, social media, and other communication channels
• Manage photography, image editing, audio enhancement, video post‑production, and file preparation for publishing
• Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and maintain organized digital assets
• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia, visual communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum three years of professional experience leading graphic design and multimedia communications
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva
• Experience with generative AI design tools and emerging creative technologies
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, brand guidelines, AP style, and adapting technical content for varied audiences
• Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, initiative, and cybersecurity awareness
