Requirements
- Requires 6–10 years of experience in interior design operations, design management, or business excellence, including experience managing interior design teams. Candidates should have strong knowledge of residential design processes and space planning, leadership and project management skills, and advanced Excel proficiency; software knowledge and Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience are preferred.
