Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define strategy and priorities, conduct discovery, and design new or improved product experiences from ideation through final interface. Use customer research, usability testing, and business metrics such as churn, gross payment volume, and funnel conversion to test solutions and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and tech to define strategy and prioritize features
- Conduct discovery research to understand real customer needs
- Design simple, effective flows and interfaces for complex problems
- Iterate designs based on business metrics (churn, GPV, conversion)
- Improve existing features using data analysis, user interviews, and usability testing
- Maintain consistent experiences across multiple products and tools
Requirements
- Experience owning product decisions with data‑driven insights (churn, GPV, funnel metrics)
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into hypotheses and decisions
- Proactive communication and ability to influence stakeholders
- High‑quality UI skills using Figma, design systems, low‑ and high‑fidelity prototyping
- Autonomous research experience (interviews, usability testing, insight synthesis)
- Technical awareness to evaluate feasibility with engineering
- Critical use of AI for data analysis, research scripts, and prototyping
