Oversee facade design delivery from project kickoff through design development, shop drawings, material take-offs, and fabrication drawings, ensuring technical compliance, quality, and schedule performance. Lead and mentor the design team, coordinate with clients and internal departments, manage risks and project updates, and improve design processes.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least 10 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should have strong facade design and constructability knowledge, AutoCAD proficiency, design-team and project-management experience, and excellent communication and quality-control skills; experience with 3D modeling tools, BIM/VDC, GFRC, or UHPC is an asset.
