Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical requirements
- Analyze gathered information and develop practical solution options
- Prepare documentation such as requirements, process notes, recommendations and implementation plans
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and support specialists to ensure organized delivery
- Support configuration, testing, deployment and transition activities
- Track risks, issues, decisions and dependencies, escalating when needed
- Provide responsive client communication and assist with troubleshooting
- Maintain awareness of technology developments and share insights
Requirements
- Degree, diploma or equivalent practical experience in IT, computer science or related field
- Experience in IT consulting, technical support, systems implementation or business analysis
- Ability to gather requirements, document processes and create technical recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, software platforms or systems integration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational ability and capacity to manage competing priorities
