Requirements
- Requires advanced interaction and visual design craft, strategic leadership in ambiguous problem spaces, and experience using research, data, prototyping, and design systems to shape product decisions. Also requires strong communication and stakeholder influence, mentorship experience, deep Figma and AI-tool prototyping skills, and a degree equivalent to a four-year bachelor's degree.
