Sr UX Designer

The Sr. Digital UX/UI Designer will lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for ecommerce journeys and internal operational tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify friction points and implement data-driven design enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead creation of userâcentered digital experiences for eâcommerce journeys and internal tools
- Design user flows, wireframes, and highâfidelity UI designs
- Identify friction points in the eâcommerce funnel and implement iterative improvements
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, competitive research, and basic user research
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance data
- Support A/B testing by preparing design variations and documenting hypotheses
- Apply design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency
- Prepare documentation and specifications for engineering handoff
- Present design work and rationales to internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital design experience (web, eâcommerce, SaaS)
- Degree or certification in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency with Figma (preferred) and other modern design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and highâfidelity UI designs
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and dataâinformed design
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices
- Exposure to design systems, style guides, or pattern libraries
