The Senior UX Designer will lead the design of a strategic internal banking application by creating prototypes and interfaces within an Agile team. They are responsible for ensuring design consistency, accessibility compliance, and conducting quality reviews of developed screens.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly understand complex functional scope related to sensitive data and banking processes
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owner and Tech Lead to gather use cases
- Create UX/UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma within an existing design framework
- Produce accessible interfaces complying with WCAG and ensure product consistency
- Extend and enrich the existing design system
- Propose multiple UX/UI solutions and defend design decisions with stakeholders
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, grooming, reviews)
- Conduct shortâiteration work and incorporate feedback from technical and business teams
- Review developed screens against Figma designs for quality assurance
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of UX/UI design experience on complex web applications
- Strong communication skills with technical and functional stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and critically with attention to detail
- Expert mastery of Figma (components, prototyping, autoâlayout, design systems)
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Solid knowledge of the product design lifecycle (discovery, ideation, design, testing)
- Experience in banking, finance or largeâaccount environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of DomainâDriven Design and user testing methodologies (preferred)
