Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of UX or product design experience, including leadership of enterprise or legacy modernization initiatives in banking, plus expertise in research, interaction design, data-intensive applications, and design systems. Candidates should be proficient with design tools and Agile methods, demonstrate strong stakeholder and team leadership, and hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
