UX Researcher (Behavioural, Anthropology, Ethanography) (GB03/04)

Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user motivations, behavioral patterns, and barriers in fintech and digital financial products. Translate findings into actionable recommendations, research artifacts, and validated product and experience improvements in partnership with design, product, and business teams.

Requirements

• Requires 2–7 years of behavioral, consumer, or market research experience, including hands-on qualitative and quantitative research, behavioral data analysis, and testing concepts or prototypes. Candidates should understand behavioral science and digital product journeys, synthesize insights into recommendations, and preferably have a relevant social or behavioral science degree; the posting also specifies that candidates must be under 28.
