Work on digital product squads across discovery, UX flows, and high-quality, consistent UI delivery. Engage directly with client stakeholders to present and defend design decisions, translate business goals into usable and viable experiences, and provide process documentation and development handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Work in digital product squads from discovery through UI delivery, ensuring quality and consistency
- Interact directly with client stakeholders, present solutions, align expectations and defend design decisions
- Translate business objectives into usable, aesthetic and feasible digital experiences
- Adapt language and approach to different projects and client contexts
- Create and maintain process documentation, specifications and handoff assets for development teams
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish for an international project and client interaction in Latin America
- Solid experience covering the full digital product process (UX and UI)
- Portfolio with documented cases showing process, decisions and impact
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and documentation tools
- Clear communication with non‑design partners such as PMs and business leaders
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects and stakeholders
