Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of experience designing and shipping digital products, a portfolio of live experiences, and the ability to move quickly from ideas to prototypes in ambiguous contexts. Strong UX fundamentals, design-systems experience, and hands-on front-end proficiency are required; experience with AI-native products and direct engineering workflow collaboration is preferred.
