Marketing Graphic Designer II

The Marketing Graphic Designer II is responsible for conceptualizing and designing multi-media marketing campaigns across various promotional channels. They must also monitor brand standards and manage projects from initial concept through to final completion.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design multi‑media marketing campaigns for internal promotions, direct mail, email, website graphics, interactive content, social media, brochures, outdoor advertising, print ads, invitations, and more
• Assist with photo art direction as needed
• Review, critique, and rework own design work before routing for approval in project management software
• Monitor and maintain brand standards across all Prairie Meadows marketing deliverables
• Adhere to industry best practices for design of direct mail, email, outdoor, web, social, etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field (Bachelors preferred) or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of related design experience
• Impeccable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Strong typography, layout and design skills
• Experience with web‑based programs is a plus
• Effective internal and external customer service abilities
• Detail‑oriented with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on a Macintosh platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences
• Portfolio link is strongly preferred
