Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering and at least eight years of construction design management experience. Candidates should have experience with large-scale projects valued at $50 million or more, pre-construction design, strong organisational and leadership skills, and knowledge of project management tools, construction contracts, regulations, building codes, and standards.
