Project Design Manager - Client Services

Manage the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects, including operational specifications, test requisitions, laboratory manuals, and collection kit requirements. Coordinate with clients and internal teams, track setup progress, support training and mentorship, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of setup-related or project management experience, or an associate degree with five to six years of relevant clinical or central laboratory experience, including at least three years in setup or project management. Candidates should have customer service experience, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; equivalent education and experience may be accepted.
