Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least seven years of relevant UX experience, demonstrated leadership of user research, and a portfolio showing research and design outcomes. Candidates should be proficient with UX tools, understand usability and accessibility principles, and have strong communication and facilitation skills; a master's degree and enterprise software experience are preferred.
