Lead complex product design initiatives from discovery through delivery, using research, data, analytics, and customer insights to shape solutions and demonstrate measurable business impact. Help consolidate multiple design systems into a scalable unified framework, collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor designers, and incorporate AI tools into the design process.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex product design initiatives from discovery through delivery, using research, data, analytics, and customer insights to shape solutions and demonstrate measurable business impact. Help consolidate multiple design systems into a scalable unified framework, collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor designers, and incorporate AI tools into the design process.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 8 or more years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work, shipped products, and business impact. They should bring expertise in multiple design systems and advanced Figma capabilities, experience designing for web and mobile, and strong collaboration and leadership skills; experience with Storybook, product analytics, relevant consumer industries, or design-to-code workflows is a plus.
