Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape strategy and roadmaps, optimize customer experience and product metrics, facilitate workshops, and mentor designers.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in a senior role owning complex consumer applications or two-sided marketplaces, plus advanced Figma skills and hands-on enterprise design system experience. Candidates should know WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility practices and demonstrate strong design strategy, stakeholder communication, leadership, and workshop facilitation skills.
