Ensure designs are buildable, within budget, accurately documented, and coordinated with project managers, architects, trades, and construction schedules.

Requirements
- Requires at least five years of high-end residential design experience, two years leading or mentoring designers, advanced Chief Architect proficiency, and working knowledge of BuilderTrend or equivalent software. Candidates must also demonstrate construction and millwork knowledge, strong project and detail management, a relevant portfolio, and the ability to visit job sites; a related degree and industry credentials are preferred.
