- Lead complex product design initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, including designing intuitive experiences for proprietary data and AI-powered workflows. Conduct research and testing, collaborate with Product and Engineering, create polished designs and prototypes, evolve design systems, and mentor designers.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least seven years of digital product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating strong UX, interaction, and visual design, and experience leading complex projects from discovery through delivery. They should be proficient in Figma and research methods, able to simplify complex workflows, and effective at collaborating with product and engineering teams.
