- Turn strategist briefs into high-converting static Meta ads, using AI tools to generate and edit imagery and produce multiple distinct variations. Identify and correct AI-generated errors and help test and improve the agency’s internal AI creative tools.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a strong design eye, use AI tools regularly, and be able to create fast, meaningfully different ad variations that support performance testing. They should manage tasks and deadlines independently, ask clear questions when briefs are ambiguous, understand American culture and slang, and write well in English; formal design training is a plus but not required.
