- Applicants need proven experience and a portfolio, advanced Figma skills, proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, and knowledge of print production, basic video editing, and AI creative tools. They must communicate fluently in English, be available during U.S. Eastern business hours, work independently, meet short deadlines, and have suitable equipment and reliable internet.
