Senior Design Manager

Lead and coordinate design activities across large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, project interfaces, design risks, and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Work with clients, engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver designs safely and efficiently in line with programme, quality, and commercial objectives.

Requirements
- Candidates need experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects and strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination capabilities. They should also have experience managing programmes, design reviews, technical interfaces, and project risks, along with strong stakeholder communication skills and experience in complex engineering or construction environments.
