Design and deliver high-impact customer experiences across AWS Security, Search, Observability, and Governance services. Operate as a full-cycle experience builder, contributing to problem framing, prototyping, and partnering with engineering through production delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver highâimpact experiences for security, search, observability and governance services
- Create AIânative and agentic interaction patterns and workflows
- Develop reusable UX components and design system extensions
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and production readiness
- Conduct user research, define success metrics and iterate based on data
- Mentor other designers and raise the overall craft within the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Strong portfolio of complex SaaS or cloudânative products
- Experience designing AIâassisted or agentic workflows
- Ability to prototype and ship productionâready designs
- Excellent communication and crossâfunctional leadership
