Lead complex design projects from concept through production, creating proposals, reports, presentations, infographics, data visualizations, marketing collateral, and videos. Maintain CPCS brand and accessibility standards, improve creative workflows and assets, and provide design guidance and feedback to colleagues.

Maintain CPCS brand and accessibility standards, improve creative workflows and assets, and provide design guidance and feedback to colleagues.
Requirements
- Requires a college degree or diploma in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent formal education, and at least five years of progressive professional experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong design and layout skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, video-editing and motion-graphics capabilities, and excellent English communication; French and video-production experience are assets.
