Requirements
- Candidates need practical product or UX/UI design experience, strong web and mobile UX, interaction, and interface design skills, and high proficiency in Figma. They should understand WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, communicate designs clearly, collaborate across disciplines, and connect design decisions to research, metrics, and business outcomes; HTML and CSS knowledge is an advantage.
