Lead UI/UX Designer

Design and lead intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research, test, communicate, and deliver designs aligned with Salesforce’s design system and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research, test, communicate, and deliver designs aligned with Salesforce’s design system and customer experience goals.

Requirements

• Requires 5–7+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C products, strong expertise across the user experience design process, and proficiency with Figma, prototyping, research, and design systems. Candidates should demonstrate systems thinking, inclusive and accessible design practices, strong communication and collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
