Lead UI/UX Designer

Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct and apply user research, communicate design rationale, and support high-quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct and apply user research, communicate design rationale, and support high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• Requires 5–7+ years of experience designing B2C or B2B products and websites, strong user-centered design expertise, proficiency with Figma and prototyping, and experience with design systems. Candidates should demonstrate systems thinking, accessibility and ethical design advocacy, strong communication and collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
