Lead UI/UX Designer

Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating complex product capabilities and customer needs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research, test, communicate, and deliver designs aligned with the design system and customer experience vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating complex product capabilities and customer needs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research, test, communicate, and deliver designs aligned with the design system and customer experience vision.

Requirements

• Requires 5–7+ years of experience designing and leading B2C or B2B products, strong user-centered design expertise, and proficiency in Figma, prototyping, research, and design systems. Candidates should demonstrate systems thinking, accessibility and ethical design advocacy, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
