Lead UI/UX Designer

Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research and test designs, communicate design rationale, support implementation, and uphold design-system and ethical-design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research and test designs, communicate design rationale, support implementation, and uphold design-system and ethical-design standards.

Requirements

• Requires 5–7+ years of experience designing and leading B2B or B2C products, strong user-centered design expertise, proficiency with Figma and the full design process, and experience with design systems. Candidates should demonstrate systems thinking, accessibility and inclusive-design advocacy, strong communication and collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
