Lead UI/UX Designer

Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research, test, communicate, and deliver designs aligned with the design system and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-app products, translating customer needs and complex product capabilities into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to research, test, communicate, and deliver designs aligned with the design system and customer experience goals.

Requirements

• Requires 5–7+ years of experience designing and leading B2B or B2C products, strong expertise across the UX process, and proficiency with Figma, prototyping, user research, and design systems. Candidates should demonstrate systems thinking, accessibility and ethical design advocacy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
