- Conduct and moderate qualitative evaluations across 15 critical user journeys, tracking usability metrics, task outcomes, and friction severity. Maintain and categorize research findings, connect them to existing customer feedback and Jira backlogs, and create visual journey maps that communicate user motivations, decision paths, and pain points.
Requirements
- Requires strong expertise in observational research, task-based usability metrics, taxonomy coding, journey mapping, and qualitative synthesis, along with proficiency in Figma, Google Docs and Sheets, and remote testing tools. The role also calls for research operations experience and the ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops, communicate insights to executives, and build consensus; experience with complex SaaS or enterprise workflow products is highly desirable.
