Design and document user interfaces and interaction experiences from early concepts through launch, including layouts, navigation, functionality, notifications, alerts, and icons. Advocate for end users and collaborate with industrial design, human factors, marketing, clinical, and software engineering teams to implement, test, and troubleshoot designs.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic or Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Candidates should have 5+ years of end-to-end UX/UI product design, 3+ years building and maintaining design systems, and 1+ year using AI tools in design or development workflows; healthcare, accessibility, and front-end experience are desirable.
