Develop and adapt performance-driven visual and video creative for paid media campaigns, including social ads, evergreen campaigns, affiliate banners, and display placements. Collaborate with design and growth teams to deliver work on brief, on schedule, and in line with brand guidelines while incorporating feedback and sharing relevant design and social trends.

Collaborate with design and growth teams to deliver work on brief, on schedule, and in line with brand guidelines while incorporating feedback and sharing relevant design and social trends.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, along with 1–3 years of junior or digital design experience and a portfolio featuring paid advertising or similar digital work. Candidates should have short-form social video experience, familiarity with affiliate and display ad specifications, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CapCut, and a basic understanding of motion design and animation software such as After Effects.
